Times are shown in . A release reaches devices only when published, its start time has passed and the device falls inside the rollout %. Changes reach every server within seconds.
Coaching-wise software

A pin keeps a coaching on a version (1.4.2) or a version line (1.4 = any 1.4.x) and overrides the rollout % and coaching choice of every release; pause still applies. Apps never downgrade, so pinning to an older version stops further updates but doesn't roll anyone back. Devices seen in the last days; "no update check" = an older app that only reports its version at start.
